Working in the events industry we often find ourself in hotel rooms across the world that all look the same. This however is not always the case. Do not forget that there are some other fantastic venue spaces that can change the way you produce and excite your audience.
As these different spaces may not have the usual hanging points, or three phase power supplies that we become so accustomed to, there are plenty of other benefits. This is one such venue, Amber Lakes just outside London. Although this was not a huge event or highly technical with AV equipment this basic setup ticked all the boxes for the client. Bright and open space, with a area for normal presentations and plenty of surrounding space for other activities, it really did have the wow factor!
Swooshed were ask by this client to provide technical support which included full event production at the venue. We also provided all the furniture as the venue comes as a blank space. We wanted the keep true to the wooden lodge design but also provide comfort for the delegates. These brown leather faux tub chairs were perfect and with the added glass coffee tables made the conference space work great. We also provided external furniture for some of the other areas.
