Swooshed were delighted to supply event production services for Huddersfield Town Football Club with their annual awards ceremony. The premier event in the Club’s events calendar, attendees looked back upon the 2015/16 season and celebrated the highs and lows. Awards such as Players’ Player Award, the Young Player of the Year and the Community Player of the Year accolade were handed out, as well as an auction in aid of the clubs charity’s.
The biggest challenge for Swooshed was to install the set and audio visual equipment in a limited space due to the high ticket sales. The set design was clean and striking with two large full HD projection screens flanking the central stage. With a audience over 350 the sound element of this event was extremely important so Swooshed deployed some of their D&B sound system. The rig made up from T10’s, E6’s and Ex15 Subs, really did provide a clear but solid clarity for the awards night, Swooshed director James says that “the T10’s are just so crisp and clear for speech, but also have the punch for music playback”
The night was a great success on all levels and we are looking forward to working with Huddersfield Town on future events.
